One of the main aims of RAD is to reduce waste. So when there are bike parts that are no longer usable for riding, we still try to see if they can be repurposed into something new. Rach took on such a project when we had a few old rims that were too rusty or buckled for our lovely bikes. After a bit of hacksawing and riveting, Rach managed to turn these reject rims into the wonderful RAD coffee table. The base is built entirely of old rims, with a custom acrylic disc functioning as the table top. Check out the photos to see how it is constructed!
