RAD Afterschools Bike Maintenance Program
Calling all 10-14 year olds keen to be more RAD!
Dates: 12th May – 30th June
Day / Time: Thursdays, 4-5.30pm
Location: RAD Shed at The Commons, cnr of Kilmore & Durham St
Who’s it for: Anyone with an interest in learning more about bikes, you don’t even have to be able to change a tyre, we will teach you all.
Only 10 places available, so be sure to sign up quick!

Guys and girls, it is my pleasure to announce that this years afterschools program will be going ahead starting the 11th of February (Thursdays as usual) and running until the 31st of march.
same old time of 3.30pm but fear not if you run late, we will play and get organized and get down to business/learning around the 4 o’clock mark – we will see how time suits everyone.

Even that stale bit of pizza you was saving – All good things eventually come to an end, and this last term of after schools was no exception (sorry about the pizza though, ill replace it).
So after many weeks of work from the kids and many hours of work from the adults after hours we finally got the green beast (with pink and silver bits) race ready.

Our kids have been busy building up their three-wheeled monster!
It now has brakes, steering, gears, and accommodates two peddlers + a driver, complete with seat from the original swing set.
Next week is our final day, with a good old fashion race…Fingers crossed it and all it’s riders survive!
