Welcome to our overview of RAD’s universe.

Wow what a summer!! Soooo much good happening…

RAD is now super SUPER stoked to be operating under one roof at our new HQ @ 160 Lichfield Street. If you haven’t already, come down and check out our new space. It’s totally RAD!

All RAD services and smiles are now back in full swing. Currently we have a HUGE range of generously donated bikes. So please pop in, say ‘hi’ and get yourself some great RAD wheels. Or spread the word to others that we have loads of bikes awaiting new lives now!

New Home!

Our BIG News is our NEW HQ @ 160 Lichfield Street. See “The Press” article about our superb new home. Enormous THANKS to Mackersy Property and LiVS for enabling this wonderful opportunity for us.

Volunteer Coordinator

We’re stoked to have our fantastic Kiran Marshall take on this new role at RAD, supporting our growing volunteer crew and developing our systems to maximise our collective capacity to keep helping our community. Kia ora e hoa!

As we launch into a new RAD “one-stop-shop” era our sincere and heartfelt THANKS to Gap Filler and Space Academy. Such fabulous hosts and generous supporters. Its been fantastic sharing the ride with you! Ngā mihi nui whānau :)

RAD EVENTS

Workshop & Course Dates Announced

All the goodness of RAD’s mechanics courses and workshops have been released for terms one and two. Check out dates, details and tix here. Please note RAD’s courses and workshops now run on Thursday evenings.

Monday Volunteer Upskilling

One of the sweet perks for all our volunteers is the opportunity to join upskilling workshops. These super awesome skills evenings are now held monthly on Mondays, as part of RAD Club Night. Sign up to get involved.

Next Kids Fix Day

RAD welcomes all whānau to our next Kids Fix Day on Sunday 24th March, 12-4pm. Come find bikes, donate bikes or help fix bikes for your wee ones! All unclaimed bikes at the end of the day will go to local community groups.
