Monthly events where everyone is invited to fix bikes for local communities.

Afterschools Programme

Collaborating with local schools to run eight week bike maintenance and riding courses.

Kids build confidence to ask questions, try new things and work collaboratively, all while gaining RAD bike skills to share with their friends, kura & whanau.

Kids Fix Ups

Regular fix up afternoons where all kids (young and old) are welcome to come find a bike, or fix bikes for themselves and deserving wee ones.

Volunteers are on hand to share their RAD skills, so don’t be shy come along!

Mobile RAD

RAD’s professional mechanics now offer mobile services!

These include DIY Mechanics Courses and Workshops, as well as RAD assessments to help keep your rides rolling.

Bike Bridge

RAD is super proud to support Bike Bridge.

Bike Bridge provides bike lessons for migrant and former refugee women. This initiative introduces women to the basics of bike riding, road safety and using Ōtautahi’s cycleways.

Cycle Powered Cinema

The NZ-famous Cycle Powered Cinema (CPC) is available for hire from RAD!

The CPC comes packed with all the equipment needed to generate power for a memorable event.

Full operating instructions are included and the CPC can be shipped nationwide.
